LELOFT provides worldwide shipping service by UPS or EMS

Shipping cost depends on the country (normally from $20 to $40)

Orders are processed from Monday to Friday except public holidays

RETURNS & EXCHANGES



Most of our shoes and clothes are order-made so it might be difficulted to be exchanged or refunded.

Before shipping your return, please review our return procedure and strictly follow it.

Please notify us that you want to be exchanged or refunded within 3days of the purchased date

and items must be returned to us within 10days.

Items must be returned to us in its original condition with tag & box

Please note that the return might be refused and not refunded if these guidelines were not respected.
